Public Apology to Black Deaf Canada and Persons of Color

Toronto Association of the Deaf (TAD) has written public apology letter to Black Deaf Canada and Persons of Color. In this video, TAD president Magda Chmielinski shares contents of the letter, approved by the TAD board on 9 March 2021, and TAD plans going forward.
